Post-heating, or heat-setting, is a crucial step in the vinyl wrap installation process. It involves applying heat to the vinyl wrap after it has been adhered to a surface using a heat gun or a heat source specifically designed for this purpose. This step is essential for the self-healing coating to protect the film from swirls, light abrasions, and scratches. Simply heat out most damage you see with a heat gun.
Like most vinyl manufacturers, we use Solvent-Based Acrylic Adhesive for our wraps. Air-release is a great feature for installation, as it allows air to be released through adhesive channels. Our films are continuously improved with the best UV absorbers and light stabilizers, ensuring a finish that will not fade, crack, or fail.
The exterior wraps are also suitable for interior use, allowing you to give your interior that much-needed facelift it deserves with VViViD Gloss Black.
